GETTING VISA TO RUSSIA (General information) RUSSIAN VISA SUPPORT
We offer Russian visa support for those travelers who would like to obtain their visas directly from the Russian Consulate themselves. This consists of a visa invitation (sometimes called a voucher) that our company issues and either mails, scans or faxes to you. Customers ordering visa support will be responsible for paying the Russian Consulate fees themselves and the logistics involved in getting their passports to and from the Russian Consulate. I. TOURIST VISA ( in Finland)
1. In order to get Russian visa you need:
a) Original passport (Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months after intended departure from Russia and there is at least 2 blank pages in Visas section)
b) One passport size photo
d) Valid medical insurance
e) For multiple-entries VISA you MUST submit a copy of the results of your recent HIV test (taken not later than three months before the date of your visa application)
Travel Agency “SnegoWeek” has the right to change the prices. In case of refuse for Visa 10% of the whole price is to be repaid to the client. Travel Agency “SnegoWeek” is not responsible for the rise of Official visa application fees charged by the Consulate General of the Russian Federation. Time-table and days-off of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation can influence the term of obtaining the Visa. We cannot be responsible for potential delays by the Consulate and for possible changes, accomplished by the Russian Government, which can entail extra fees from the client, or 3-d person.

2. NOTE: Russian visa can be issued till the date not less than 6 month prior to the expiry date of your passport.
3. To get Russian visa after getting our support letter & voucher you need to apply for visa in the Consulate department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.
There you will be informed about other documents necessary for getting visa.
If the Consulate Department needs the original of visa support papers we'll send it to you by express-post for extra payment.
4. On arriving in Russia don't forget to fill in an immigration card at the passport control. Preserve it till the end of your travel. It will be necessary for getting registration in a hotel & at the passport control on the way back.
In case of its loss you will have to pay extra money to be allowed to leave Russia.
Price of the visa depends on the citizenship. Check the price of your individual visa in the table. The prices according to the Russian embassy tariffs since 1.9.2005.
Without reserving a package tour, we charge additional service fee +20 € inc. VAT 22%.
When reserving hotel accomodation, additional fee + 10 € inc. VAT 22%.
